The Information Technology Specialist program is a great way for students to validate entry level IT skills widely sought after by employers. The IT Specialist program is aimed at candidates who are considering or just beginning a path to a career in Information Technology.
Students can certify their knowledge in a broad range of IT topics, including software development, web design, database administration, networking and network security, mobility and device management, and coding.
Unlike qualifications from Cisco and Microsoft, these qualificatons are "vendor-neutral", meaning that the knowledge learned is not specific to one technology, but can be applied to a range of different technologies.

Training
We provide you with self-paced learning materials, consisting of a pre-course assessment test, full-motion video-based e-learning courseware, interactive exercise labs, flash cards and also a PDF project workbook. The workbook includes fill-in-the-blanks, glossary terms and definitions, and many other resources to help reinforce learning. Then take the post-course assessment test.
Practice
We provide CertPREP practice tests. These are performance-based assessment and test preparation tools which help individuals achieve certification credentials. There are 100 tests that can be taken.
Certification testing
Included is a test voucher that can be used to take the test at home or at a test centre. Passing the test earns the candidate a digital badge. Digital badges are web-enabled versions of a credential, certification or learning outcome. Representing your credential as a badge gives you the ability to share your skills online in a way that is simple, trusted and can be easily verified in real time.
